(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، سَمِعْتُ حَنْظَلَةَ ، سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُشِيرُ إِلَى الْمَشْرِقِ ، أَوْ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُشِيرُ إِلَى الْمَشْرِقِ ، وَيَقُولُ : " ها ، إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا ، هَا ، إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا ، هَا ، إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا ، مِنْ حَيْثُ يُطْلِعُ الشَّيْطَانُ قَرْنَيْهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) point with his hand towards the east and say three times: "The trial will emerge from here, from where the horn of Satan will emerge."
