Hadith 4969

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لاَ تُقْبَلُ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ غُلُولٍ ، وَلاَ صَلاَةٌ بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty does not accept charity from stolen war booty, nor does He accept prayer without purification."
