Hadith 4951

قال عبد الله بن أحمد : قَالَ أَبِي : وَحَدَّثَنَا قَبْلَهُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، وَابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِحْدَى صَلاتَيْ الْعَشِيِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ، فَلْيُجِبْ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, once concluded the prayer with salam after leading two rak‘ahs in one of the two evening prayers, then he mentioned the complete hadith.
