Hadith 4869

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يَصْلُحُ بَيْعُ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ صَلَاحُهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The sale of fruits is not valid until they have ripened well."
