Hadith 4811

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعِ بْنِ عَمْرِو الْجُمَحِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي بْنِ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، فَمَرَّتْ رُفْقَةٌ لِأُمِّ الْبَنِينَ فِيهَا أَجْرَاسٌ ، فَحَدَّثَ سَالِمٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لَا تَصْحَبُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رَكْباً مَعَهُمْ الْجُلْجُلُ " ، فَكَمْ تَرَى فِي هَؤُلَاءِ مِنْ جُلْجُلٍ ؟ .
Abu Bakr bin Musa says that once I was with Salim when a caravan of Umm al-Banin passed by, in which there were also bells. On this occasion, Salim narrated from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Angels do not accompany a caravan in which there are bells, and how many bells do you see with these people?"
