(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا
عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ امْرَأَةً مَقْتُولَةً ، فَنَهَى عَنْ " قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a slain woman in one of the battles, so he forbade the killing of women and children.
