Hadith 4671

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَوْا لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ فِي الْمَنَامِ فِي السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَرَاكُمْ قَدْ تَتَابَعْتُمْ فِي السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ ، فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that some companions of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw in their dreams that Laylat al-Qadr was in the last seven nights. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I see that your dreams coincide regarding the last seven nights, so seek it in the last seven nights."
