Hadith 4610

(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، قَالَ : رُبَّمَا " أَمَّنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ بِالسُّورَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلَاثِ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ " .
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) says that sometimes Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) would recite two or three surahs in a single rak'ah while leading us in obligatory prayer.
