It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I once saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) seated on the pulpit. As soon as I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), I quickly entered the mosque and sat down at a place, but before I had the chance to listen, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) descended from the pulpit. I asked the people what the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had said. The people informed me that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had forbidden making nabidh in dabba’ and muzaffat.
