Hadith 4542

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ إِذَا جَدَّ بِهِ السَّيْرُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): I have seen that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in a hurry while traveling, he would combine Maghrib and Isha prayers.
