Hadith 4513

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْإِقْرَانِ ، إِلَّا أَنْ تَسْتَأْذِنَ أَصْحَابَكَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating several dates together at once without the permission of one's companions.
