Hadith 4471

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى أَنْ تُحْلَبَ مَوَاشِي النَّاسِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade milking the animals of people and using it for oneself without their permission.
