Hadith 4452

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَيْثُ " أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ إِلَى جَمْعٍ ، فَصَلَّى بِنَا الْمَغْرِبَ ، وَمَضَى ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : الصَّلَاةَ ، فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : هَكَذَا فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ كَمَا فَعَلْتُ " .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) says that at the time of departure from Arafat towards Muzdalifah, we were with Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both). He led us in the complete Maghrib prayer, then said «الصلوة» and led us in two rak'ahs (of Isha), and said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also did at this place just as I have done.
