(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ السِّمْطِ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " سَيَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ بَعْدِي ، يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ ، وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا لَا يُؤْمَرُونَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Soon after me there will come rulers who will say things which they will not do, and they will do deeds which they were not commanded to do."
