Abu Musa Hilali narrates from his father that a man was on a journey, his wife gave birth to a child, milk accumulated in her breasts, and the husband began to suck it. In the process, some of the milk went down his throat. That man came to Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) to ask about this issue. He said, "Your wife has become unlawful for you." Then he went to Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) and asked him about this issue. He replied, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Only that suckling establishes prohibition which nourishes the flesh and strengthens the bones.'"
