(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا
يَحْيَى ، عَنْ
التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ
أَبِي عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ
ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ " مَنْ اشْتَرَى مُحَفَّلَةً وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ : شَاةً مُحَفَّلَةً فَلْيَرُدَّهَا ، وَلْيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا " . (حديث موقوف) (حديث مرفوع) " وَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ " تَلَقِّي الْبُيُوعِ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that whoever buys an animal with tied udders should return it and give along with it one sa’ of wheat (so that it equals the amount of milk used), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade going out of the city to meet traders before they arrive.
