(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ ، فَكَانَ لَهُ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَ الْعَبْدِ ، فَإِنَّهُ يُقَوَّمُ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ ، فَيُعْطَى شُرَكَاؤُهُ حَقَّهُمْ ، وَعَتَقَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَبْدُ ، وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ أَعْتَقَ مَا أَعْتَقَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever frees his share of a slave, then the slave will be valued according to his price. The price of the slave will be assessed, and the remaining partners will be given the value of their shares, and the slave will be freed. Otherwise, only the portion that he has freed will remain freed."
