(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عُمَارَةَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ : أَوْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، شُعْبَةُ شَكَّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : " صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ " ، وَمَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَمَعَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، فَلَيْتَ حَظِّي مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ رَكْعَتَانِ مُتَقَبَّلَتَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that I have performed two rak'ahs (units of prayer) in Mina with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and also with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both). Would that I could have a share in two accepted rak'ahs instead of four rak'ahs.
