(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the unborn offspring of a pregnant animal while it is still in its mother’s womb.
