Hadith 3933

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ " يُسَلِّمُ فِي صَلاَتِهِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ ، حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدَّيْهِ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would turn to the right and to the left in such a manner while saying salam that the whiteness of his blessed cheeks would become visible.
