Hadith 3918

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْأَسْوَدَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ " يَقْرَأُ هَذَا الْحَرْفَ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ سورة القمر آية 15 بِالدَّالِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite this verse in this way: «﴿وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ﴾» [القمر : 40].
