Hadith 3863

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي حُصَيْنٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي شَقِيقٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَتَانِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي خُضْرٍ مُعَلَّقٌ بِهِ الدُّرُّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to me wearing a green garment on which pearls were hanging."
