Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) once addressed the people and said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people! No blessing greater than faith and well-being has been given to a person in this world, so keep asking Allah for these two things."
