It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I was praying when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said from a distance: "Ask, you will be given." He was supplicating: «اَللّٰهُمَّإِنِّيأَسْأَلُكَإِيمَانًالَايَرْتَدُّوَنَعِيمًالَايَنْفَدُوَمُرَافَقَةَالنَّبِيِّصَلَّىاللّٰهُعَلَيْهِوَسَلَّمَفِيأَعْلَىغُرَفِالْجَنَّةِجَنَّةِالْخُلْدِ» "O Allah! I ask You for such faith in which there is never any apostasy, I ask You for such blessings which never end, and I ask You for the companionship of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the eternal Paradise."
