Hadith 3570

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَجَدَهُمَا بَعْدَ السَّلَامِ ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " سَجَدَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ فِي السَّهْوِ بَعْدَ السَّلَامِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness after saying the salam.
