Hadith 35

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the two Shaykhs (may Allah be pleased with them) gave him the glad tidings that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever wishes that he should hold firmly to the recitation of the Qur'an as it was revealed, he should recite the Qur'an according to the recitation of Ibn Umm 'Abd, that is, Abdullah bin Mas'ud."
