ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3473

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ وَغَيْرُهُ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَعَلَ فِي الْحَائِضِ نِصَابَ دِينَارٍ ، فَإِنْ أَصَابَهَا ، وَقَدْ أَدْبَرَ الدَّمُ عَنْهَا وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ ، فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ . كُلُّ ذَلِكَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed a penalty of one dinar for intercourse with a menstruating woman, and if a man fulfills his desire with her after the blood has stopped but before she has performed ghusl, then in that case half a dinar is obligatory for intimacy, and all this detail is transmitted from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
