ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3396
اُردوEn
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، أَنْبَأَنَا لَيْثٌ ، قَالَ : قَالَ طَاوُسٌ : قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ " إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يُصَلِّ فِيهِ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ اسْتَقْبَلَ زَوَايَاهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not pray in the House of Allah, but he did stand facing its various corners.
