ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3348

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ " .
Ibn Abi Mulaykah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) wrote to me in a letter that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The oath is upon the defendant."
