ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3336

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : يَوْمُ الْخَمِيسِ ، وَمَا يَوْمُ الْخَمِيسِ ! ثُمَّ نَظَرْتُ إِلَى دُمُوعِهِ عَلَى خَدَّيْهِ تَحْدُرُ كَأَنَّهَا نِظَامُ اللُّؤْلُؤِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ائْتُونِي بِاللَّوْحِ وَالدَّوَاةِ أَوْ الْكَتِفِ أَكْتُبْ لَكُمْ كِتَابًا لَا تَضِلُّوا بَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا " فَقَالُوا : رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَهْجُرُ ! .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) remembered the day of Thursday and said: What was the day of Thursday? Saying this, he began to weep until I saw tears flowing down his cheeks like a string of pearls. He said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Bring me writing materials, I will write something for you after which you will never go astray." People began to say: What has happened, can the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also speak incoherently?
