ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3320

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَكْتَحِلُ بِالْإِثْمِدِ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنَامَ ، وَكَانَ يَكْتَحِلُ فِي كُلِّ عَيْنٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَمْيَالٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a kohl container, from which he (peace be upon him) used to apply (antimony called) ithmid kohl every night before sleeping. He (peace be upon him) would apply kohl three times in each eye.
