ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3301

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وَأَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : بِتُّ عِنْدَ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ ، فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِشَاءَ ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهَا ، وَكَانَتْ لَيْلَتَهَا ، فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ انْفَتَلَ ، فَقَالَ : " أَنَامَ الْغُلَامُ ؟ " وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُهُ ، قَالَ : فَسَمِعْتُهُ قَالَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ : " اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا ، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا ، وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا ، وَفِي لِسَانِي نُورًا ، وَأَعْظِمْ لِي نُورًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once I stayed the night at the house of my maternal aunt, Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her after performing the Isha prayer, as it was her turn that night. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed two rak‘ahs, then lay down. After a while, he said: "Has the child gone to sleep?" although I was listening. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying on the prayer mat: «اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا وَفِي لِسَانِي نُورًا وَأَعْظِمْ لِي نُورًا» "O Allah! Place light in my heart, and place light in my ears, my eyes, and my tongue, and grant me more and more light."
