ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3297
اُردوEn
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُعْطِي الْمَرْأَةَ وَالْمَمْلُوكَ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ ، دُونَ مَا يُصِيبُ الْجَيْشُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to give something from what was obtained by the army, apart from the spoils of war, to women and slaves as well.
