ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3296

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ قَارِظِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي غَطَفَانَ ، قَالَ : دَخَلْتُ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، فَوَجَدْتُهُ يَتَوَضَّأُ ، فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " انْتَثِرُوا ثِنْتَيْنِ بَالِغَتَيْنِ ، أَوْ ثَلَاثًا " .
Abu Ghatfan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I went to Syedna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and found him performing ablution. He rinsed his mouth and put water into his nose and said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Put water into your nose and clean it thoroughly two or three times."
