ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3241
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ يَحْيَى كَانَ شُعْبَةُ يَرْفَعُهُ " يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ الْكَلْبُ ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْحَائِضُ " .
It is narrated, most likely as a marfu’ hadith, from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the prayer is invalidated if a dog or a menstruating woman passes in front of the one praying.
