ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3240

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : أَلَا أُرِيكَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ؟ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : بَلَى ، قَالَ : هَذِهِ السَّوْدَاءُ أَتَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنِّي أُصْرَعُ وَأَتَكَشَّفُ ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ لِي . قَالَ : " إِنْ شِئْتِ صَبَرْتِ ، وَلَكِ الْجَنَّةُ ، وَإِنْ شِئْتِ ، دَعَوْتُ اللَّهَ لَكِ أَنْ يُعَافِيَكِ " ، قَالَتْ : لَا ، بَلْ أَصْبِرُ ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ لَا أَتَكَشَّفَ أَوْ لَا يَنْكَشِفَ عَنِّي . قَالَ : فَدَعَا لَهَا .
Ata bin Abi Rabah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said to me: "Shall I not show you a woman of Paradise?" I said: "Why not?" He said: "This Ethiopian woman. Once she came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: 'I suffer from epilepsy and my body becomes uncovered, so please pray to Allah for me.' The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'If you wish, be patient and you will have Paradise, or if you wish, I will pray to Allah to cure you.' She said: 'No, I will be patient, but please pray that my body does not become uncovered.' So the Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed for her."
