ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3168

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَبَهْزٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ بَهْزٌ : سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ أَهْدَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِقُدَيْدٍ ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ، عَجُزَ حِمَارٍ ، " فَرَدَّهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْطُرُ دَمًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once Sayyiduna Sa'b bin Jaththamah (may Allah be pleased with him) presented the leg of a donkey to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned it, saying, "We are in the state of Ihram," and at that time blood was dripping from it.
