ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3157

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ ، وَعَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : " مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يُحَرِّمَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ، فَلْيُحَرِّمْ النَّبِيذَ " .
Abu Al-Hakam says that once I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the nabidh of a pitcher, and about dubba’ and hantam. He replied: Whoever wants to consider as forbidden what Allah and His Messenger have declared forbidden, should consider nabidh as forbidden.
