ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3154

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ وَعَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : رَفَعَهُ أَحَدُهُمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ كَانَ يَدُسُّ فِي فِي فِرْعَوْنَ الطِّينَ ، مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَقُولَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when Pharaoh was drowning, Angel Jibreel (peace be upon him) began to stuff mud into his mouth out of fear that he might say «لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ» (and thus escape the punishment for his evil deeds).
