ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3153

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَبَهْزٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ بَهْزٌ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ يَوْمَ أَضْحَى أَوْ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ ، قَالَ : وَأَكْبَرُ ظَنِّي أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَهُمَا ، وَلَا بَعْدَهُمَا ، ثُمَّ أَتَى النِّسَاءَ وَمَعَهُ بِلَالٌ ، فَأَمَرَهُنَّ بِالصَّدَقَةِ ، فَجَعَلَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ تُلْقِي خُرْصَهَا وَسِخَابَهَا " . وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ بَهْزٌ ، قَالَ : يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ ، وَقَالَ : صِخَابَهَا .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went out on the day of Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr—most likely Eid al-Fitr—and led two units of prayer. He did not offer any prayer before it nor after it. Then, accompanied by Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came and preached to the women and instructed them to give charity. Upon this, the women began to take off their earrings and rings, etc., and give them in charity.
