ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3132

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَبَهْزٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ ، قَالَ : بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ : أَهْدَى الصَّعْبُ ، وَقَالَ : ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ابْنُ جَثَّامَةَ " إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شِقَّةَ حِمَارٍ ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ، فَرَدَّهُ " . قَالَ بَهْزٌ : عَجُزَ حِمَارٍ ، أَوْ قَالَ : رِجْلَ حِمَارٍ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once Sayyiduna Sa'b bin Jaththamah (may Allah be pleased with him) presented the leg of a donkey to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned it, saying, "We are in the state of Ihram."
