ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3129
اُردوEn
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ أَيُّ الشَّرَابِ أَطْيَبُ ؟ قَالَ : " الْحُلْوُ الْبَارِدُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked, "Which drink is the best?" He replied: "That which is sweet and cold."
