ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3028

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِمَاعِزِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ : " أَحَقٌّ مَا بَلَغَنِي عَنْكَ ، أَنَّكَ وَقَعْتَ عَلَى جَارِيَةِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ ؟ " قَالَ : فَشَهِدَ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ ، قَالَ : فَرَجَمَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) met Sayyiduna Ma'iz bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "What is the reality of the matter that has reached me about you? I have been informed that you have committed a sin with the slave woman of such-and-such family?" He confessed about himself four times, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to be stoned.
