ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3024

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيُّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " اتَّقُوا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِّي ، إِلَّا مَا عَلِمْتُمْ " .(حديث موقوف) (حديث مرفوع) قَالَ : " وَمْن كَذَب علَيَّ متعمَّداً ، فلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ ، وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَى الْقُرْآنِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Refrain from attributing any statement to me except that of which you are certain, for whoever attributes a false statement to me should prepare his abode in Hell, and whoever speaks about the Noble Qur'an without knowledge should also prepare his abode in Hell."
