(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا
وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا
ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ، ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِيهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The example of the one who takes back his gift after giving it is like that of a dog who vomits and then licks it up again."
