ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2996

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْحَجِّ كُلَّ عَامٍ ؟ فَقَالَ : " عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ حَجَّةٌ ، وَلَوْ قُلْتُ كُلَّ عَامٍ ، لَكَانَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man submitted in the court of the Messenger: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Is Hajj obligatory every year? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Hajj is obligatory upon every Muslim who has the means, if I had said 'every year,' then performing Hajj every year would have become obligatory."
