It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had impure blood drawn three times from the hidden veins on both sides of his neck and from between his two shoulders, and he gave the cupper his wage. If this wage had been unlawful, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would never have given it.
