ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2874

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بمَاعِزٍ ، فَاعْتَرَفَ عِنْدَهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ ، فَقَالَ : " اذْهَبُوا بِهِ " ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " رُدُّوهُ " ، فَاعْتَرَفَ مَرَّتَيْنِ ، حَتَّى اعْتَرَفَ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اذْهَبُوا بِهِ فَارْجُمُوهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Sayyiduna Ma'iz bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he confessed to adultery twice. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take him away." Then he was called back, and he confessed two more times, until he had confessed four times regarding himself. Only then did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) order that he be stoned.
