ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2825

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْجَعْدُ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ ، يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ كَرِهَ مِنْ أَمِيرِهِ أَمْرًا فَلْيَصْبِرْ ، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ السُّلْطَانِ شِبْرًا ، فَمَاتَ ، إِلَّا مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sees something he dislikes in his ruler should be patient, for whoever separates from the congregation even by a handspan and dies in that state, dies the death of ignorance."
