ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2804

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " جِئْتُ أَنَا وَغُلَامٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَلَى حِمَارٍ ، وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ، قَالَ : فَأَرْخَيْنَاهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا يَرْعَى ، فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْ . قَالَ : وَجَاءَتْ جَارِيَتَانِ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ تَسْتَبِقَانِ ، فَفَرَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا ، فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْ ، وَسَقَطَ جَدْيٌ ، فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once I and a slave from Banu Abdul Muttalib came riding on a donkey. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was leading the people in prayer. When we came near the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from the front, we got down from it and left it, and ourselves joined the prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not break his prayer. Similarly, once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was leading the people in prayer when two girls from Banu Abdul Muttalib came running and clung to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not break his prayer. Also, once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was praying in the mosque when a kid goat came out from one of the rooms of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and began to pass in front of him, but he did not break his prayer.
